If you have ordered a product that is on pre-order, there is generally a delay in delivery which is stated in the description of each product. The Team Store features exclusive pre-orders on products to give first preference on delivery to those who purchase earlier than the release date.
In the event additional items are ordered you may receive two parcels to fulfill your order. One with items currently available, and a second at a later date containing the item pre ordered.
