During AFL and AFLW Indigenous Rounds, the Fremantle Football Club will be referred to as the Walyalup Football Club.
The Walyalup Football Club logo tells of the Walyalup Creation Story and was designed by Roger Hayden; a Fremantle Dockers past player, life member and NGA coach for the Fremantle Football Club.
15% of Walyalup merchandise proceeds will be directed toward the Western Australian Stolen Generations Aboriginal Corporation (trading as Yokai – Healing Our Spirit) truth telling and healing initiatives.
